PD-5,
This amplifier model takes one input and provides five outputs. This model is available in a 2U high,
half rack mount enclosure, 3.5” X 8.4” X 12”.
PD-5RM-B, This amplifier model takes one input and provides five outputs. This model is available in a
1U high, 19” full rack mount enclosure.
PD-10RM-B, This amplifier model takes one input and provides ten outputs. This model is available in a
1U high, 19” full rack mount enclosure. A battery back up module for uninterrupted operation may be ordered
as an option.
DESCRIPTION
The PD-5 is a TTL pulse distribution amplifier. The outputs are designed to drive low impedance loads and
long 50 or 75 cables. The propagation delay through the amplifier is typically 10 ns. The channel-to-
channel delay differences are less than 1 ns. The small propagation delay characteristics and low
temperature coefficient of delay are essential for the distribution of high quality timing signals. The unit
operates on 110/220 VAC.
